My friend John went back to Arizona yesterday and I'm SO sad! I've never met anyone like him. As I said before, John is a psychotherapist and healer and has his own practice in Phoenix. He taught me a ancient Tibetan yoga practice which is a series of 5 poses total an it is said to be anti-aging. It is very simple, but effective and is great for me while I am on my chemo. This has been my off-week for chemo so I've been on the treadmill a bit more also. John says that this yoga practice combined with 30 minutes of cardio daily is all that one needs to attain "the fountain of youth." Hey, Dr. Moon has some anti-aging therapies of his own...maybe I should have him include that in my drip also?!
So, I had been debating whether or not I wanted to get a full healing session from John, and a couple days before he left, I decided to do it. This healing session is called "The Rising Star." Here is a brief synopsis:
"The Rising Star is probably the most complimentary healing system on the planet at this time. It raises the vibration of the aura (human energy field) and the field around every living thing. The Rising Star allows the practitioner and the receiver to still the mind and transfer divine life energy to the part of your being that needs it most, for your healing and rebalancing to full health. Because of this and because it works on so many different levels at once, a person receiving it, we will say for a bad back, may find that another illness also gets helped. This is because it works on all levels: THE MIND, THE PHYSICAL, and THE SPIRITUAL. It is as if the healing energy knows precisely where it is needed most (sometimes not to the place that you think is best). It goes where it will do the most good for your overall well-being. You can find that the healing also has an effect on family and friends as when you change so do all around you. This is based on the fact that we are all connected and not separate.
The healing does not mean that you do not need to go for medical advice. After all if you cut off your finger, it's no good going to a healer; it is a surgeon that you need. Also if you are on medication from a doctor you might need to continue taking it. This will be between you and your doctor. The Rising Star brings your body, mind, and spirit back into balance and in doing so may reduce the amount of time on medication or the amount of times you need visit the doctor. This is because it is now widely recognized that excessive stress when reduced by healing helps certain psychosomatic illnesses to stop and brings you into wellness. This helps you to get much more out of life and begin in some people's cases to LIVE TO THE FULLEST NOT JUST SURVIVE."
The healing took about an hour in which John worked to cleanse my 7 major chakras. He called on the ascended masters to assist him. Prior to beginning, it was recommended that I ask out loud what I wanted from this healing. Of course the first thing I said was I would like to heal the cancer. Then I asked for some things like better communication with people, receiving messages more clearly from my spirit guides, clearing any issues with abundance, and eliminating fear. After that, John began the work. He started with my crown chakra and I could immediately feel an energy in the room. Soothing music was playing in the background and lights and images flashed through my mind. As he made his way down to my heart chakra, I could feel my hands and arms start to vibrate the same way they did during my meditation at Agape! Tears filled up in my eyes because I knew something powerful was happening. It was also very interesting because it felt like there were more people in the room than just the two of us. When he placed his hands on my solar plexus, (below the heart, but above the belly button) I felt an intense heat and energy coming out of his hands. He kept them there for about 5 minutes and during that time I felt as though the energy in his hands had merged with the energy of my solar plexus and I could not tell where his hands ended and my body began. It was like they just melted into my being. As John continued, my body felt lighter and lighter, almost as though I were floating in water. He placed his hands on my knees and my both my legs became like electric currents and did not stop vibrating and pulsating until the session was over. I had never felt anything like this in my life. I wanted to be in this state for as long as possible. As I sat up, I noticed how different my body felt. My hands felt so soft and I felt elated, like I was on some type of drug. I looked at John and his face was so red and he looked worn out. We both just started laughing He then said "Wow, that was intense! Did you feel that? Right as I started I felt this incredible energy just explode and continue throughout the entire thing. Feel my hands!!" I felt them and they were burning up! As I got up a felt a little dizzy and dreamy which he said was normal. He explained that over the next 7 days I should not have any other healings done, which included massage, Reiki, chiropractic, acupuncture, or psychic readings. He said the ascended masters will still be working on each of my chakras for the next 21 days, and it was best not to interrupt the process. He then said "Go float back to your room now and pay attention to your dreams!" So I stumbled back with a great big smile on my face.
When I got back to my room I discussed the session briefly with my mom, but it was late so we both went to bed. What happened next was the most incredible of all....
